Rodney Agnant is a º£½Ç³Ô¹ÏÍø alum who completed both his Bachelor's and Master's at º£½Ç³Ô¹ÏÍø. His Master's thesis focuses on transformational leadership, and the ways that it shapes meaning-making, resilience, and belonging for the individuals it reaches. His work on campus focuses on leadership development, organizational climate, and designing dialogic experiences for groups on campus.

Outside of his work at º£½Ç³Ô¹ÏÍø, Rodney serves as a personal development and leadership development coach, certified through the Co-Active Training Institute and the Academy for Coaching Excellence.
